For more than 25 years, I’ve been helping business owners start, grow and improve their businesses. I’ve owned a number of businesses myself and worked with thousands of business owners and entrepreneurs across 25 years. I have seen a lot, pretty much any kind of business you can think of, so have seen first had what works and what doesn’t.

Since founding The Business Plan Company in 2013, I’ve helped develop thousands of business plans, financial forecasts, funding submissions, grant applications and strategic planning documents for businesses throughout Australia. My clients range from start-ups and family businesses through to established companies seeking finance, growth or new opportunities.

I hold a PhD from Monash University, but my approach is practical rather than academic. I really enjoy working closely with business owners to understand your goals, simplify complex challenges and develop clear, realistic plans that help them you know what to do in your business.
